Pistachio Pudding

Creamy and delicious with a hint of fruity flavor from a can of crushed pineapple.

Ingredients

  • 1 3 3/4 oz. pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 8 oz. carton frozen whipped topping
  • 2 C. miniature marshmallows

Directions

Combine pudding and pineapple; mix well. Stir in whipped topping and marshmallows. Pour into glass dish. Refrigerate.
