Pistachio Smoothy Cake

Ingredients
- Cake:
- I box white cake mix
- 3 separated eggs (use only 2 yolks)
- 1 can diet 7-Up
- 1C. vegetable oil
- 1 box pistachio instant pudding.
- Frosting:
- 2 sm. pkg. dream whip
- 1 C. milk
- 1/2 C. evaporated milk
- 1 box pistachio instant pudding
Directions
Combine cake ingredients one by one, beating the 2 egg whites until fluffy. Next, add pudding and blend on low for 2 minutes. Bake cake according to directions on box.
For frosting, use a deep mixing bowl and combine all ingredients until fluffy. After cake is cooled and ready for frosting, spoon it over in peaks. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles and set on a yellow place mat for effect.
