Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface and separate to form three balls of dough. Freeze two of them for up to three months or triple the sauce and make three pizzas. Roll out dough into a thin, round crust. Sprinkle a large baking sheet or pie pan with cornmeal. Transfer dough to prepared baking sheet. In a large bowl, combine tomato sauce, oregano, basil, and garlic salt. Spread evenly on top of thin crust. Distribute toppings evenly and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly. Let stand for five minutes before serving.
