• 1 head Iceberg Lettuce torn into pieces
• 1/2 lb. Salami and/or Pepperoni, cut into bite size chunks
• 1 C. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
• 1 C. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
• 1 Tomato, chopped
• 1/2 C. pitted Black Olives, halved
• 1 Tbs. chopped fresh Chives
• 1 can Tomato Sauce (3 oz.)
• 1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
• 3/4 C. White Wine Vinegar
• 1 tsp. White Sugar (or Splenda)
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 3/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp. Oregano
• 1/8 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Combine lettuce, meat, cheese, tomato, olives and chives in large bowl. Wisk together all remaining ingredients for dressing. Pour over salad, toss to coat and serve.
