This is a great low carb lunch that fills you right up! Try it with a side salad with a light dressing.

  • 4 low-carb wraps
  • 1/2 C. prepared pizza sauce
  • 16 slices turkey pepperoni
  • 1 C. part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • Optional toppings: onions, green peppers, black olives

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the wraps in the oven for 3 minutes to crisp them up, then add the sauce, toppings and cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
