  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tsp. thyme
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. of white button mushrooms
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 2/3 C. parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stem. Set the mushroom tops to the side. Chop up the stems and place into a heated saucepan with the olive oil. Add in the minced cloves and sauté the mixture for 5 minutes. Add in the thyme and salt. Remove from heat. In a bowl mix the softened cream cheese and saucepan mixture. Spoon the saucepan mixture into the mushroom tops. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over each stuffed mushroom. Place them onto a cooking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
