  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ C. half-and-half
  • ½ C. heavy cream
  • 5 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, diced
  • ½ C. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 T. dried basil
  • ½ lb. fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cubes vegetarian bouillon
  • 2 C. boiling water

In a saucepan heat the olive oil. Add in he sliced mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes. Add in the diced sun-dried tomatoes. In a small pan, boil the water and vegetable bullion. Pour this into the saucepan. Add the half-and-half, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and basil. Once the sauce is thick, remove it from the heat. Cook the fettuccine pasta as instructed on the package. Drain the pasta. Pour the pasta into the saucepan full of sauce. Serve and enjoy.
