Pleasing Poppers
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb. sliced ham (smoked, honey cured or cooked)
- 6-oz. pkg. of cream cheese, at room temperature
- Jar of small whole dill pickles
- Bundle of green onions
Directions
Clean and cut ends of green onions. Drain ham to make it dry for spreading cream cheese on it. Spread cream cheese over one side of ham. Place either a dill pickle or an onion at one end of the ham and roll. Cut roll into bite-size pieces. Continue making and slicing until there is enough to fill the plate.
