  • 1 C. Marinara Sauce
  • 2-3 Basil Leaves, chopped
  • 4 Medium Eggs
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbs. Feta Cheese, crumbled

Bring the marinara sauce to a boil in a medium skillet over high heat. Reduce heat to low. Stir in the basil leaves. Carefully break each egg over a different part of the marinara sauce. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes until the egg whites have set, but yolks are still runny. Remove skillet from heat. Season eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with feta before serving.
