Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 C. flour
- 1/2 C. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 C. preserves, any kind you choose
- 1 C. sugar
- 2 lg. or 3 med. egg yolks
Directions
Cream butter and sugar well. Add egg yolks and mix until creamy. Add flour a tablespoon at a time. Grease a square 8-inch baking pan and spread dough evenly. Spread with preserves and top with chopped nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
