Pomegranate & Ginger
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1/2 oz. Perfect Purée Pomegranate concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 oz. fresh grated ginger
- 1 1/2 oz. Corzo Silver Tequila
- ginger ale
In a mixing glass, muddle lime juice, simple syrup, Pomegranate Concentrate and ginger. Add Corzo Silver Tequila and ice. Shake and double strain to remove ginger into an ice filled tall glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with lime wheels inside glass.
