  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons white pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 6 eggs
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Sift together all of your dry ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk together your eggs.

Heat about 1-2 inches of oil in a frying pan to 350 degrees.

Dip each shrimp in the egg, then coat in the flour mixture. Fry the shrimp in small batches for 20-25 minutes each. Once the shrimp are a dark golden brown, transfer to a paper towel covered plate and allow to cool.
