  • 1 Boneless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup of chopped Jalapenos
  • ¼ cup of cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of Fat free milk
  • 1/4 cup of canned corn, drained
  • Water
  • 5 Chicken bullion cubes
  • 1/3 package of cream cheese

Pour water into a large pot a let the water boil. When the water is boiling you may turn the heat down so that the soup is on a simmer as you are adding ingredients.
Put 5 chicken bullion cubes in the water, add ¼ cup of fat free milk, add 1/3 package of cream cheese to the pot and stir until everything is mixed together.
Rinse the boneless chicken breasts and then chop it into cubes.
Add chicken breast cubes to the soup, jalapenos and corn and stir all the ingredients together until it the soup creates a creamy consistency.
Turn off the stove and let the soup cool off.
Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese to the soup and it is now ready to eat.
