A quick, microwave-and-fridge made dessert that uses chocolate, butterscotch, and chow mein/peanuts (for some crunch!).

  • 1 6oz. bag chocolate chips
  • 1 12oz. bag butterscotch chips
  • 1 can chow mein noodles
  • 1 can Spanish Peanuts

In a microwave bowl combine chocolate chips & butterscotch chips microwave for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for 30 seconds more until melted together. Remove from microwave and stir in chow mein noodles & Spanish peanuts to taste. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment paper drop by spoonfuls on to lined cookie sheet. Put in refrigerator until hard 15-20 minutes.
