These pulled pork sliders are sweet and succulent made even better with the crunchy coleslaw on top. They're perfect for a backyard barbecue or party.

Serving Size / Yield

6-8 servings


  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 head shredded cabbage
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 C. mayo
  • 1/4 C. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs. cider vinegar

Place pork into the slow cooker and pour in, chili powder, garlic, thyme, and onion. Cover and cook on low heat until the pork shreds easily. Usually take 6-8 hours.  Drain excess water and stir in your BBQ sauce. In another bowl mix all cole slaw ingredients into a bowl and add to the sliders. Split French rolls in half and serve meat warm and cole slaw cold or at room temperature.
