Pork and Olive Stew

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless lean pork cut in 3/4-inch cubes
- 2-3 Tbs. olive oil
- 1-inch sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 C. meatless Italian gravy
- 1 can pitted ripe or green ripe olives, drained
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Directions
In a heavy frying pan, brown pork in oil, including a little pork fat if there is any. Add rosemary, garlic, gravy, water, olives and salt. Cover and simmer slowly, about 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
