This recipe is quick and easy and makes a great fried rice dinner with meat and seafood! This surf and turf dish has a kick with jerk seasoned shrimp.

  • 1 pound cubed pork loin
  • ½ pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon jerk seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a cookie sheet with tinfoil. Place the shrimp on the cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the jerk seasoning on the shrimp and bake for 6-7 minutes. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and cook the pork for 12 minutes. Add the rice and stir with the pork. Drizzle the soy sauce and toss with the shrimp.
