  • ¼ cup julienned daikon radish
  • ¼ cup julienned carrots
  • 1 sandwich roll
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon siracha hot sauce
  • 4 ounces cooked pork roast
  • 2 ounces sliced pate
  • 6 thin diced cucumber
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves1 teaspoon hoisin sauce

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with tin foil. Toss the carrot and daikon with the rice vinegar to coat the veggies and let them sit for 15 minutes. Drain the bowl and set aside the carrot and daikon. In another bowl, mix the hoisin sauce, mayonnaise, and sriracha. Cut the sandwich roll in half and spread both sides with the mayonnaise mixture. Bake the roll on the baking sheet for 5-7 minutes. Add the sliced pork roast, pate, cucumber, daikon and carrots, and cilantro leaves.
