Pork Chop Casserole

I have had raves for over 45 years, every time I take this to anyone. I always make two and freeze one to have one on hand. Wonderfully easy to make and so yummy and fork tender! Add a salad and dinner is ready or take it to a shut-in, a family reunion or picnic.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 pork chops (center cuts)
  • 5-6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 Can French Onion Soup

Directions

1. Layer raw pork chops in a 9x13-inch ungreased casserole dish. Layer on the potato slices. Add both soups on top of potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
