Pork Chops and Potato Bake
Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- vegetable oil
- 1 C. cream of celery soup
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1 (24 oz.) package thawed O-Brien sliced potatoes
- 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 C. French fried onion rings in can
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown pork chops in vegetable oil and drain on paper towels. Combine soup, milk, sour cream and salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 C. cheese and 1/2 C. onions. Pour mixture into pan and arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake covered at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
Serves 6.
