Pork Chops and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4-6 pork chops
- flour
- oil
- 6-8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
Directions
Peel and slice potatoes. Fry in oil until lightly brown but not cooked all the way. Place potatoes in a roasting pan. Cover with 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can mushrooms. Flour pork chops and brown in oil. When brown on both sides, place on top of potatoes. Add last can of soup and last can of mushrooms, cover pork chops. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
