Pork Chops and Stuffing

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 Tbs. cooking oil
- 3 C. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbs. chopped onion
- 1/4 C. melted margarine
- 1/4 C. water
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 C. water
Directions
Heat cooking oil in oven-proof skillet and brown pork chops. Pour off all drippings. Mix bread cubes, onion, margarine, 1/4 C. water and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each pork chop. Blend cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 C. water. Pour over pork chops and stuffing. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
