Pork Chops and Stuffing Bake

This casserole dish is a "throw it all in there" recipe that will be ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 C. Pepperidge Farm Corn Bread Stuffing
  • 6 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup or 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1/3 C. milk
  • 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Prepare corn bread stuffing according to pkg. directions. Spoon stuffing across center of 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Place pork chops on each side of stuffing. Mix soup and milk. Pour over chops. Cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with cheese.

Yield: 6 servings

  • This is a company favorite. I change it by adding dried cranberries or cherries and toasted walnuts or almonds to the dressing mix. It adds good color and taste.

  • I like to use cream of chicken in place of cream of celery soup and then serve with cranberry sauce
