Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing
- 6 pork chops (I used center boneless cut, but you can used what you like)
- 1 Tbs. vegetable or olive oil
- 6 oz pkg. pork stuffing mix (Stove Top or any brand you like)
- 1 21-oz. can apple pie filling
Pour pie filling into a bowl. Add the cinnamon to the pie filling to your taste. Set aside. Brown pork chops. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Spread pie filling mixed with cinnamon in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Place pork chops over filling and place stuffing on top of each pork chop. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes covered, uncover and bake 10 minutes more. If you don't like the stuffing too crisp, bake for 40 minutes covered and 5 minutes uncovered. The stuffing comes out nice and moist this way.
