Delicious rosemary and basil seasoned pork grilled and served over a bed of fettucine.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pork
  • 6 oz. Fettuccini
  • 8 oz. Marinara or Alfredo sauce
  • Garnish (fresh rosemary and confetti)
  • Marinade:
  • 1 C. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbs. chopped Rosemary
  • 1 Tbs. chopped basil
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

Mix all marinade ingredients and pip pork in marinade to season. Place pork on grill, but avoid the hot spots. Be sure to cook it all the way through. Mark the pork on each side by turning it 1/4 way around before flipping it. Place Fettuccini and sauce on plate, place pork next to pasta, cover with sauce and garnish.
