  • 1 boneless pork loin chop
  • ¼ cup chopped carrot
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • ¾ chopped green onion
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ¼ cup peas
  • 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Cut the pork into small pieces. Melt the butter over medium heat and add the pork pieces to the skillet. Then add the broccoli, carrots, green onion, and peas and cook for 10 minutes. Set this mixture aside and return the skillet to medium heat to scramble the egg. Add the pork mixture back to the pan and add the rice, soy sauce and ginger. Cook for another 10 minutes.
