  • 2 Tbs Lemon Pepper
  • 2 Tbs Chopped Parsley
  • 2 Tbs Crushed Garlic
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Potatoes, Sliced

Season the pork loin with the seasonings and olive oil on both sides.
Let marinade in the fridge overnight.
Place pork loin in a casserole dish.
Add potato slices around it.
