  • 1 (32-oz.) pkg. frozen pork meatballs
  • 2 (15-oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 3 potatoes
  • 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 (14-oz.) cans beef broth
  • 2 Tbs. cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

In a sprayed 6-quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients except for cornstarch and 1 C. water. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Turn heat to high and combine cornstarch with 1/4 C. water. Pour into cooker and cook another 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly thickened.
