  • 1 package jumbo pasta shells
  • 16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and oil a baking dish lightly. Boil a large pot of water and cook the shells for 10 minutes. Drain the pasta shells and place the shells on a lightly greased baking sheet to cool. Add 2 teaspoons of oil to a skillet over medium high heat and cook the sausage until it browns. Crumble the meat as it cooks and then remove it from the heat, draining the grease. Stir half of the cheese into the sausage and season with the Italian seasoning. Spoon the mix into the pasta shells and arrange the shells in the baking dish. Pour the marinara sauce over the pasta and top with the remaining cheese. Cover the dish with tinfoil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the tinfoil and bake for 5 more minutes.
