Pork Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbs. cooking oil
- one 8-oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 pickled chilies jalapenos, seeded, rinsed, and chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 C. chopped cooked pork
- 12 taco shells
- 2 C. guacamole
- 1/2 C. sour cream
Directions
Cook onion in hot oil until tender. Stir in tomato sauce, jalapeno peppers, and salt. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir in chicken or pork; heat through. Keep warm. Meanwhile, place taco shells on baking sheet. Heat in 350 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Spoon a little guacamole, sour cream, and meat mixture into each taco shell.
