  • 1/4 C. paprika
  • 2 T. hot chili powder
  • 1 C. fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves
  • 1 large sweet potato, sliced into wedges

In a large bowl, mix together all spices. Generously rub chicken with mixture. Transfer to a dish and let marinate for three hours. Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place chicken on grill and cook for 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a baking sheet. Spread sweet potato wedges onto the baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with chicken.
