Portuguese Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cans solid white tuna, drained
- 1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil and vinegar to taste
Directions
Mix all ingriedients together, serve alone or atop a bed of lettuce. This is great as leftovers also once all the flavors have marinated together.
