Potato and Pea Casserole
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 Cups Instant Mashed Potatoes Mix
- 1 Package Frozen Peas, 12 oz.
- 1 Package Frozen Carrots, 12 oz.
Follow the directions on the package and cook the peas and carrots.
Drain the water and keep warm.
Follow the directions on the package and cook the mashed potatoes.
Once potatoes reach desired consistency, take out 9x5 inch casserole dish.
Mix in peas and carrots in the dish.
Layer the mashed potatoes on top.
Bake in the oven on 350 for 5 to 10 minutes or until the top of mashed potatoes starts to brown.
