  • 1 large zucchini, Sliced
  • 2 potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots
  • cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Blend vegetables, soup, and 1 cup of cheese together.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Pour mixture in a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
