You don't have to make your biscuits from scratch with this quick and easy canned recipes. All you have to do is add the sliced potatoes on top for a delicious casserole.

  • 1 (16.3-oz.) can buttermilk biscuits
  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. seasoning blend
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven at 450 degrees. Place buttermilk biscuits on bottom of clear casserole dish. Cut potatoes into quarter slices. Place in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Arrage potatoes on biscuits. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
