  • 1 lb. Potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lb. Sausage
  • 1 pkg Cheese, variety of your choosing

Cook sausage and add seasonings. Cook and drain potatoes, then mash up potatoes. In your casserole dish, layer your potatoes then sausage. Do this twice, then the third time, add in cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
