  • 16 oz package of frozen hash brown mix, thawed.
  • 1/4 C butter, melted
  • 5 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 C shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 C cooked ham
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 1 C oven cooked, peeled, and cubed Squash

Preheat oven to 375ยช

Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.

Form crust by pressing hash brown mix into plate. Brush crust with melted butter and bake in preheated oven until lightly browned, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Chop squash into long slices, cook in oven for 10 minutes or until browned, then trim off skin edges and chop into cubes.

In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, cheese, ham, spices, and squash cubes, the pour into baked crust.

Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until quiche is golden brown and crispy. Remove and serve.
