Potato Goulash
Ingredients
- 2 cans condensed tomato soup
- 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Spread 1/2 can of tomato soup on bottom of crock pot. Place one layer of potatoes, a few onion slices and ground beef on top, layering as you go along. Add 1/2 can tomato soup and continue layering the potatoes, onions and ground beef until you run out of ingredients. Top with salt, pepper and remaining tomato soup. Cook in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
