Potato Scramble

Ingredients
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1/2 lg. pkg. frozen grated potatoes
- 1 sm. onion, grated
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbs. cream
- 1 C. chopped bacon or ham
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 C. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
Melt butter in saute pan and add potatoes and onion. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Combine next 4 ingredients. Pour over potatoes and cook as for scrambled. Add cheese. Heat until melted. To serve, cut in pie wedges.
