  • 5 Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp chives, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp sour cream

Directions

Begin by washing the potatoes thoroughly.  Cut each potato into about 10 small wedges and place in a plastic bag.  Add sea salt, pepper, onion powder, chives, parsley, and sour cream, then shake contents of bag together to coat potatoes.  Place potatoes on the grill and cook until potatoes are tender.
