Potluck Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 16 oz can butter beans, drained
- 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
- 16 oz can green beans, drained
- 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1/3 C. chopped celery
- 1/2 C. sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 C. mayo or salad dressing
- 1 Tbs. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Greens
Directions
Mix all ingredients except greens in a bowl and cover. Refrigerate at least 4 hrs. (no longer than 24 hrs.) Serve in a bowl lined with greens, Garnish with slices of hard cooked eggs.
