Ingredients

  • 16 oz can butter beans, drained
  • 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
  • 16 oz can green beans, drained
  • 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 C. chopped onion
  • 1/3 C. chopped celery
  • 1/2 C. sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 C. mayo or salad dressing
  • 1 Tbs. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Greens

Directions

Mix all ingredients except greens in a bowl and cover. Refrigerate at least 4 hrs. (no longer than 24 hrs.) Serve in a bowl lined with greens, Garnish with slices of hard cooked eggs.
