  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • 2 C. bacon
  • 2 C. mushrooms
  • 2 C. onions
  • 2 C. spinach
  • 2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1/2 C. cream
  • 1 tsp. salt

Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake pie crust for about 15 minutes until just starting to brown. Let it cool.
While the crust is baking, prepare your quiche filling. Make sure all ingredients are cooked through and fairly dry.
Once the crust is cooled, sprinkle half the cheese over the bottom of the pie crust and top with the fillings. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, and salt until frothy. Pour the custard into the pie crust.
Bake the quiche at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 35 minutes, until the edges are set. Cool for at least 20 minutes, then serve.
