  • 1 can beef gravy
  • 5 potatoes
  • 2 cups cheese curds
  • 1 quart vegetable oil

Heat the oil in a large pot and cut the potatoes into fry slices. Make sure the oil is about 365 degrees F and then add the potatoes. Cook the fries for 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Warm the gravy in the microwave or on the stove. Put the fries in a serving bowl and sprinkle with cheese. Ladle the gravy over the fries and enjoy!
