  • 1 can beef gravy
  • 5 potatoes
  • 2 cups cheese curds
  • 1 quart vegetable oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Heat the oil in a large pot and cut the potatoes into fry slices. Make sure the oil is about 365 degrees F and then add the potatoes. Cook the fries for 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Warm the gravy in the microwave or on the stove. Put the fries in a bowl and sprinkle with cheese.

Mix the ground beef with ½ teaspoon salt and pepper each. Form 4 burger patties and lightly oil the grill grates. Cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side over high heat. Place the burgers on the hamburger buns, a slice of cheese, and top with poutine.
