  • 6 apples, peeled and cut into 1/2" thick wedges
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 C. instant oats
  • 1/3 C. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 C. cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 C. pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 C. toffee bites

Spray crockpot with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix apples and cinnamon. Place in crockpot. In a bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly. Stir in pecan and toffee. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over apples. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
