Pressure Cooker Baked Beans

Ingredients
- 2 C. navy beans
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/4 C. molasses
- 1/3 C. brown sugar
- 1/4 C. ketchup
- 3 1/2 C. water
- salt

Directions
- Place dry beans in cooker. Add cooking oil, salt, and water to cover beans and soak overnight.
- Drain the beans and add them along with the remaining ingredients except salt to cooker.
- Close lid. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 45 minutes with slow, steady flow of steam escaping from the pressure regulator.
- Let pressure drop on its own.
- Season to taste with salt.
