Pretty Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lg. box rotini pasta (tri-colored if available), cooked al dente and drained
- 1 lb. Genoa hard salami, sliced 1/4-in. thick to cut into chunks
- 1lb. Provolone cheese, cut into chunks
- 3 C. broccoli, chopped
- 2 C. green onions, chopped
- 1 C. cucumbers, chopped into small pieces
- 2 C. green peppers, chopped
- 4 chopped, seeded tomatoes or chopped, sun-dried tomatoes in oil (preferred)
- 3-4 Tbs. Schilling salad supreme
- 1 lg. bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing of choice
- sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
Boil rotini noodles according to directions and drain with cool water. Add all the above ingredients to well-drained pasta, mix well, and refrigerate several hours before serving. Prior to serving, you may want to add a little more Italian dressing since the pasta will absorb the dressing a bit more than you want. Enjoy!
