Ingredients
- 6 oz. linguine
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
- 1 jar of capers, drained
- 3 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. red chili flakes
- black pepper
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions. Next, saute oil, shallots, and garlic in large skillet till tender. Add shrimp, capers, and lemon juice. Continue to cook for about 5-6 minutes (until shrimp turns pink). Drain pasta and toss together with shrimp mixture, chili flakes, and pepper.
