No-one can resist this gelatin salad around the holidays. It's got a little bit of everything!

  • 1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
  • 1 C. hot water
  • 1/2 C. cold water
  • 1 sm. orange, cut in chunks
  • 1/2 C. pineapple chunks
  • 1 can cranberry sauce, jelled or whole
  • 1/4 C. chopped walnuts

Dissolve raspberry gelatin in hot water. Add cold water. Chill until partially thickened. Fold in rest of ingredients. Chill until firm.

Serve with: Perfect Eggnog
