Prosciutto and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 med. bunch broccoli
- 1 1/2 Tbs. leaf lard
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 thin slices prosciutto
Directions
Remove tough leaves and stems from broccoli. Cut into pieces and boil in salted water 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain. Melt leaf lard in skillet. Add garlic and brown a little. Add cooked broccoli and mash with a fork. Add salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes. Add prosciutto and cook 2 more minutes.
